1. Nature of Products & Services

SpikeMyResume is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) web-based platform. We do not manufacture, store, package, or ship any physical goods or tangible items. Our services consist entirely of digital offerings: ATS resume analysis, keyword matching, tailored bullet points generation, and interview preparation.

2. Delivery and Fulfillment Method

Since all services are digital, fulfillment is completely online. Upon successful payment through our Razorpay checkout page:

• Your credit balance will be updated instantly in your account wallet.
• You will receive an automated transaction confirmation email from Razorpay.
• You can view the transaction details, credits bought, and invoices in your account dashboard.

3. Delivery Timeline

Fulfillment is immediate and instantaneous. In case of high network traffic or API delays, the update might take up to 5 to 10 minutes. If your payment was successful but credits are not visible in your dashboard after 15 minutes, please write to us at support@spikemyresume.com for manual resolution.

4. Shipping Charges & Address

Because there are no physical items to package or transport:

• There are no shipping fees, delivery charges, or handling rates applicable to any transaction on our website.
• We do not require or collect a physical shipping address at checkout, only a billing email and basic identification details.
